1. INTRODUCTION
www.jonnydayphotography.com is owned and operated by Jonny Day Photography.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing products on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are not willing to be bound by these terms and conditions please do not purchase products on this site.
2. COPYRIGHT
All content on this site (except acknowledged company logos) is the exclusive property of Jonny Day trading as Jonny Day Photography and are protected in law under the Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988.
Any image(s) purchased from this site does not give the buyer the copyright, whether in a printed or electronic form. Images are permitted for PERSONAL USE ONLY and must not be copied, reproduced, transmitted or transferred onto third parties without the written permission of Jonny Day.
Any images that you wish to use for commercial use, please contact Jonny Day for details.
3. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, to modify, any of these terms and conditions at any time and each such change shall be effective immediately upon posting.

4. PRIVACY POLICY AND ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5. PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display the images of the Products accurately on our site, but they are for illustrative purposes only.
Photos will be cropped as we feel best unless specific requirements are given.
6. AGE RESTRICTION
You shall not purchase any products from our site if you are below the age of 18 years old.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
At the time of acceptance of an Order an order number is assigned to you. You should quote the order number in all your subsequent correspondence relating to the Order.
If you have already paid for the products and we are unable to supply you with a product because the product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site, we will notify you and will refund you the full amount (including any delivery costs charged) as soon as possible.
8. RETURN AND REFUND
If you have returned the products because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full.
Digital files may not be returned for any reason.
Refunds will be made to you on the PayPal account used by you to pay.
9. DELIVERY
Deliveries within the UK will be made by Royal Mail or a Carrier Company instructed by us will be within 30 days after the date of payment. Our delivery date may occasionally be affected by Circumstances Beyond Our Control in which case please see clause 17 below.
If goods are returned to us by the Royal Mail or Carrier Company as “Unable to deliver, not called for”, we can only re-post the package on payment of a further delivery charge. This additional charge will be the actual postage charge as paid by us to the Post Office or other carrier, plus any merchant charges for online payment. This amount can be greater or lesser than the original amount charged by us.
10. DELIVERY OF DOWNLOADS:
Downloads will be by file transfer site We-Transfer, details of the download link will be sent a Download Link Email. The download link will expire after 14 days.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage, disruption and/or loss of any kind that the said media may cause to your/clients computer or data.

Payment for Products is to be made in advance by PayPal.
